Meet Tom Mailhot of Ipswich, Massachusetts who with his friend and rowing partner in a 23 foot boat they built, rowed from Canary Islands to Barbados – 3,000 miles!

Tom stars in the documentary, “Row Hard No Excuses”, which chronicles their voyage as the only American entry in the Atlantic Rowing Challenge.

Enjoy a dinner featuring “fruits de mer” (fruits of the sea). Chef Robert has a great seafood dinner planned with chicken available by request.

Tom will share the joys and challenges of this once in a lifetime trip including video at the start, the finish and on the boat during the journey.

Whether or not you participate in the Sugar River Craft Race on May 19, join us for an inspiring evening that will show you how to follow your dreams!
